The free prompts and articles

Everything on the prompt pages and in the articles is free to read, copy, and use with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI assistant. You don't need an account.

The prompts are provided as-is. AI output depends on your input, the model you're using, and many factors outside our control. Output may be wrong, outdated, incomplete, or biased. Always review AI output with human judgment before relying on it for anything that matters.

It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the site.

Email and subscriptions

If you subscribe to the email list, we send you the prompt of the week and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Emails are sent through Kit (ConvertKit) and are subject to Kit's terms in addition to ours.

Affiliate links

The site includes affiliate links — most often to Amazon and to recommended tools. We may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you when you buy through those links. See the affiliate disclosure for details.

Third-party tools and links

SnipPrompts links to and recommends third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), books, and services. We are not responsible for the content, behavior, pricing, availability, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.

Intellectual property

The text of the prompts is free to copy and use in your own work. The site's longer-form articles, design, code, images (including pins and the OG cover), and brand name are owned by SnipPrompts and may not be republished as your own. Quoting with attribution is fine; wholesale republication is not.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site automatically at a rate that affects performance, don't try to break the site, don't use the prompts to generate content that violates the law (defamation, harassment, fraud, etc.). Use the site in good faith.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipPrompts and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, the prompts, the bundle, or any third-party tool or service linked from the site. The site is provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. Your sole remedy for the bundle is the 30-day refund described above.

Indemnification

If your use of the site causes a claim against SnipPrompts by a third party (for example, you republish bundle content in violation of these terms and someone sues), you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending and resolving that claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
